When you open the box and remove it from the packaging, you need to spread it out, shake it and wait for approx. 4 hours for it to take its optimal and normal shape. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
